Tonte quickly arranged a fix for the washing machine

I phoned LifeResidential and they tried to connect me to Tonte but his line was busy at the time and I requested a call back. He called me later on and I explained to him the problem with the washing machine and he realized the importance of getting it working soon and arranged someone to come and look at it the next day. He remained in communication to let me know what was happening from the beginning to the end. The contractor arrived on time and sorted it out quickly and I am very pleased with this short turnaround and Tonte and the contractor's professionalism and communication skills. Thank you.
