Rosita

Rosita has always offered an excellent level of service and a high degree of professionalism when managing my property. I always feel very confident that all the things I request will be done in a timely fashion and she is always extremely courteous and willing to help whenever I have some questions. I am extremely pleased with the high level of service that I always receive from her and she is a pleasure to deal with.

Great service

Geri was extremely helpful with the renewal of a tenancy. Everything needed was done promptly and efficiently and she also demonstrated an excellent knowledge of landlord and tenant law pointing out something that could have caused a problem for me. Thank you Geri !

Professional, friendly, efficient, promote responses, consistant, caring , positiveness and polite.

Excellent job!

Refreshingly responsive and attentive

Working with an agent that is professional is not that uncommon; however, working with an agent that is professional and genuinely friendly is very uncommon. Romina goes above and beyond to make us (tenants) feel like she truly cares about the issues we raise. However complex the situation, she will persist in working with you on it without tension or fuss. She has helped us resolve every single one of our issues, communicating quickly and clearly along the way, and we absolutely love working with her!
