More than just an agent!

I met Lord having recently moved abroad for work purposes, and was staying at a hotel that initially my work had paid for but the period of 21 days had ended and I was still on house hunt. Now the hotel was costing me money and I really needed to move ASAP. I enquired on Zoopla and Lord was the first agent to ring my phone, in a matter of minutes. I viewed that night, and not only was Lord wholly professional with timing (the amount of times an agent have arrived late to viewings is beyond me! I begun to think it was standard practice here in the UK), but he was very prescriptive in what would be needed to rent the property, especially with the references. He also showed me around the area, to see the lake, the waterfall feature and walked me back to Hanger Lane station whilst pointing out and explaining the area, amenities and convenience store. IT was like having a personal tour guide! In a matter of 4 days I was moved into the apartment at Bodiam Court, and Lord has even kept up to date with me to check on how my stay in going. I could not recommend a better agent anywhere on this globe, and I have lived in some of the biggest cities on the globe. I would highly recommend Lord for anyone looking for an apartment, and anyone looking for, dear I say it, a friend!
