Northwood did a fantastic job for me. I was selling a second property which I owned. I lived 60 miles away and needed assistance from Northwood to prepare and show the flat. Because Northwood are also letting agents, they have access to trusted tradesmen i.e electricians, cleaners and removal firms. I needed these trades to assist me and prepare the flat for sale. This ensured that when the flat was put on the market it looked it's best which helped sell the flat quickly. The team at Northwood are very professional and know the Aberdeen market well. I also used Northwood's recommended solicitor for the sale - Andersonbain and they were perfect. I would now like to make a special mention of Ali Clark - Northwood's Residential Sales Manager. I dealt with Ali from start to finish. She arranged for various trusted trades people to attend my flat to carry out work in preparation for the sale. Ali is a first class communicator.
