My recent flat rental and the subsequent sale in Aberdeen recently concluded and the help and support with sales team with Ali Carter and my rental with Alicja Janiska, both Ali and Alicja were are get help and support as due to family issues which meant we were unable to go to Aberdeen to deal with any issue that need to be dealt with, ie meter readings, checking my flat etc.

Northwood were great to deal with from start to finish. We happened to come across a To Let flat in the window and from stepping into the offices to securing the rental it was first class service we got from Alicja Higgins. Alicja couldn't have been more than helpful with taking ME through the whole process and helping me relocate to Aberdeen and a big step moving away from home. Communication process was 1st class, emails with all details and paperwork were promptly sent and Alicja was there to answer any questions we had and very amenable.

This was our first time renting and thanks to the expert guidance of the Northwood Team especially our property manager Alicja the process was easy.
