Northwood were prompt and accomodating to my online request to view a property as soon as possible. The estate agent Lisa Brown was charming and met me later on the day of our initial contact for the viewing. She came with all the information about the house to hand. Lisa was helpful and professional and after introducing me to all the property's facilities, and providing hard copy of the schedule, she left me alone to assess the property at my own pace.

Debbie was very friendly, she told us all the information we needed and gave us room to explore the property on our own. The property itself was also very nice and well prepared for a viewing to take place in it.
