Outstanding experience of selling property from Northwood Aberdeen After meeting several agents, with a view to selling our Aberdeen property, we choose Northwood in Aberdeen. Immediately, we were put at ease by their friendly professional manner. We found they provided exceptional customer service and in particular Branch Manager Ali Clark, who surpassed our expectations. Northwood actively promoted our property and invaluable feedback was given after each viewing, enabling us to address any minor points raised by potential buyers. My husband and I put our flat on the market the very year Covid hit. Owning a property in Aberdeen and living in Inverness could at times be a challenge but Northwood looked after all our needs. It did take a little longer to sell with firstly covid and the market in Aberdeen being flooded with property for sale. However Ali Clark looked after our property and took care in the winter months to ensure the heating was on and the flat was ventilated. It was a huge comfort to us knowing the we could email or call Ali and she would call round to check all was ok. She also assisted with the flat clearance and recommended a firm to us.
