Nicola Walker provided an excellent service. I had an issue with my boiler that wasn't urgent but a bit concerning. Nicola immediately actioned it and had an engineer come asap and fix the problem. She acted with professionalism and efficiency throughout.

Prompt and easy to communicate with. Good guidance through the final application and confirmation processes. All staff were good including Alicja as final organiser of the lease.

The process has been seamless from the old tenant moving out to the new tenant moving in. Alicia Jasinka has been very helpful and has responded quickly to all my emails. It was a quick turnaround but she managed it with no problems.

Northwood were fantastic at managing my apartment over the years, their guaranteed rental program worked great for me in the years when my apartment could have tenants. While many of my contacts complained about not being able to find tenants, I had full occupancy for the entire time I used this service without too many issues. Ali Clark was my contact at Northwood and was absolutely amazing, responding to every email and request promptly, and endlessly helpful finding solutions to the multitude of building works and repairs that were needed, and finally helping me to sell the property.
