They say that selling a house is a stressful event. Well that was not my experience working with Ali and Lisa at Northwood. From the first meeting at my property to discuss my intended sale to the sale actually going through the whole journey was seamless with me being kept fully up to speed on progress, viewers feedback and then achieving the price that I was wanting for the property. If I was to buy or sell again in Aberdeen I would have no hesitation in using Northwood again.

Northwood were absolutely great in dealing with selling our home and reasonably priced. Ali Clark was terrific to work with, she was readily available and very knowledgeable. She was quick to respond to our questions and had solutions to queries. Ali was always punctual when giving viewings, she knew our house well and could answer all queries that viewers asked about the house.

My experience with Northwood has been fantastic and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They helped me from renovating the property, to staging it right through to selling it. The communication with them was great at every stage and decision required. They went above and beyond to help get the property sold.
