Paid 100 pound deposit on the 3rd Aug 2017 on the 4th we decided not to go ahead and sent an email requesting a refund. This is now the 10th Aug and still no refund. I find this very appalling. I certainly won't use this company again who hold on to other people's money. If I don't get any satisfaction by tomorrow I'm going in to visit them.
Slow to respond to messages, slow to "examine" properties and engages in dishonest marketing. Do NOT use.
Never again! Five times to get the Tenancy right via Maxine, tried to get us as strangers to use one account for payments, I wasn't allowed to view the property when requested, The Tenancy agreement says that you will pay all court costs if any problems arise. I thought things couldn't get worse, but on the date my son moved in the window was open, the inventory all wrong, a leak was under the sink and had been for ages, the lights had exposed wires, the intercom, letterbox, outside light, TV, DVD,Ariel all don't work. To finish things off I had to turn off the water via the stopcock. The Boiler doesn't work and we have had either boiling or no hot water and no heating for two weeks! Martins via Melanie and Maxine are saying that "everything is fine". It's not fine. Please do not use this agency, it doesn't care about it's tenants just the landlords. Never in 9 years have I ever had this experience with agencies. Please put yourself first because the stress is not worth it!
I met a good landlord however you have been warned when dealing with this agent. Just need to be very carefully clean everything back to as the day you moved in to prevent any charges such as cleaning or for small scuff markings on the walls. Also they postponed the inventory check to the day after moved out even though the appointment have been made 5 weeks in advanced. Suggestion is, try not to touch the wall, carpet and do not use the toilet and kitchen during your tenancy then it should be ok.

Terrible service! No communication at all. It seems impossible to arrange a viewing. Lots of last minute re-scheduling, where your plans are not considered at all, and cancellations. Terms and conditions are coming into the picture out of the blue without prior notice.
One star because I can't get none. Rude staff, loads of problems with payments, repairs etc. Stay away!!!
