We've been with Martin & Co for almost 8 years (in the same flat), which is, as we've been told, a national record for this agency. In our experience, they respond to urgent queries very fast and send their contractors to fix stuff on the same day if they believe an issue to be an emergency. (What constitutes an emergency is another matter. There must be a list somewhere.) Their staff is always polite and responsive. Those who write negative reviews should probably understand that there's so much the agency can do if your landlord is reluctant to do his part. Martin & Co have been pretty good at negotiating with ours on our behalf, I think. Overall, this has been a mixed experience - but mostly because of our landlord, not the agency. The agency do their job well.

I remember this place when I was visiting Manchester in 2006. Mr Steve was a nicest man in whole Manchester. He helped me and my friends to survive in this big city during our summer trip to England (we've just finished high school and we were looking for a job during summer). Very kind and honest man with a good heart. Greetings from Poland !

I recently bought my first house through mortimers Accrington and I was very worried about the whole process, however mortimers were nothing but amazing. I had the pleasure of being supported in this process with the lovely Leaoni who made this process so easy to understand and she was extremely reassuring. I felt I could speak to Leaoni at any time and she was always happy to speak with me, ensuring I felt happy and comfortable in the whole process. If I ever rang up and Leaoni was busy with another customer, someone in the office was always happy to help too. It was also nice to see that recently mortimers hired a new employee who sold me car over a year ago (Jonathan). He will be a lovely fit in a love team of people who are really supportive and caring. I will definitely go back to mortimers when I sell/buy properties in the future and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you to everyone who helped me in this process, especially Leaoni. I am excited to send Leaoni before and after pictures☺️.
