I remember this place when I was visiting Manchester in 2006. Mr Steve was a nicest man in whole Manchester. He helped me and my friends to survive in this big city during our summer trip to England (we've just finished high school and we were looking for a job during summer). James and Craig at the chorlton branch have been incredibly kind and helpful and made my renting experience as a foreign student seamless and wonderful!! I have been renting an apartment through Martin and Co for over two years. I have found them to be an excellent estate agency. The staff are very helpful. I have dealt mostly with James, who is extremely friendly and is very helpful. Any issues that arose during my tenancy, were quickly rectified. I would highly recommend this agency.
