About a year ago Martin & Co bought out the letting agent I was with for over a decade. Both myself & my Dad have rental properties and have always let via an agent - however the experience with Oliver and Ben at Martin & Co has opened our eyes to a different level of service beyond what I have ever experienced ! - I find Ben and Oliver not only offer efficent management of the properties - but always have the landlords interest above everything else in providing compliant rental accommodation.
