I was impressed with the initial assessment, how the video messaging worked (given covid) and being kept up to date all the way through with email updates weekly of the latest stats on the property. Jodie went above and beyond to help drive the sale through pulling strings with solicitors on both sides and making sure the sale went through smoothly. We sold our house through EweMove York after we were impressed whilst viewing with Jonathan. He was very personable and welcoming so when we were ready to market we went straight to them. Chloe visited us at home, took the pictures and got everything online very quickly. The photos were fabulous and really presented our home well. The following weeks presented some challenges and we struggled to get everything organised with the various moving parts but Chloe was great throughout: so professional, but also friendly and understanding when things got stressful. Ewe Move York and Jodie stood out because the person who did our valuation (Jodie) was who we would be dealing with from start to finish so they gave more of a personal touch and Jodie was very personable which we felt was important for our viewers and buyer. He was very knowledgeable, did great marketing photos and we felt the valuation was very realistic for the current market.
