We had a very positive experience from beginning to end. Chloe was the estate agent and what we really valued was that she was the only person we had to deal with throughout. She made the initial visit and valuation. She then took the photos, created the material to go on to Rightmove and Zoopla; and then showed prospective buyers around - so her knowledge and feel of the house were second to none. Within three days, we had a buyer. From then on, due to Covid, the process was very slow, but apart from that , without a hitch. I know we were lucky, but Chloe did everything to make it a smooth and trouble free experience. And we got a good price for our house. So what's not to like?!

Exemplary service provided by Jonathan Dawson at Ewemove. The advert was brilliant in terms of the text descriptions and the photos which assisted in generating alot of online hits. Jonathan generated interest in our property and was always punctual with viewings. Ultimately he achieved a great price for our property that enabled us to move and importantly beat the stamp duty deadline. Jonathan is polite, friendly and very enthusiastic. Chloe Stevenson did a brilliant job throughout of liaising between buyer and seller, making recommendations for surveyors and supporting us all through the process during a very busy and stressful time at the end of the Stamp Duty Holiday. I have been so impressed with Ewemove's professional and friendly support throughout and would definitely recommend Ewemove to sellers, and would choose them myself if I do go on to sell the property as I have every confidence in their great service! Selling our house through EweMove with Jonathon was a brilliant experience. Jonathan is an incredibly approachable and jolly person who is great at his job. He managed to successfully sell our house twice within a a little over a week of it being listed after the original buyer pulled out. He provided a supportive calm manner managing our re-list and sale even over the Christmas break.

Our overall experience with Jodie at Ewe Move was that we were in safe & experienced hands throughout the whole conveyancing process. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Jodie from the EweMove York branch! He was so helpful in selling my house in Strensall in 4 days! He was professional, helpful and always at hand even on the weekends! Jodie’s marketing of the property was obviously spot on! My property is currently tenanted and he caused no inconvenience and my tenants couldn’t praise him enough either!
