I used Martin & Co (and their predecessor) for almost 15 years for letting, and found them to be very helpful, responsive & professional. On selling the property this year, I also chose them. Although the sale process was protracted & somewhat painful (not the fault of Martin & Co) - Caro was excellent at keeping me updated and doing many things not in the "brief" to move the sale forward to a final conclusion.
