Good for house buying.

Personally I have been using Martin & Co for years and cannot recommend them enough. Jen helps manage and make renting for me as a landlord as easy as possible. With Emma and the team they make things as straight forward as possible, take the stress out of renting, and provide great communication with options when there is a problem which needs addressing. Highly recommend ^_^

We were very pleased with the excellent service we received from Emma and her team when we decided to sell our rental property. In dealing with the exit of the tenants, then with marketing the house and securing a purchaser within the month , as we live abroad we were dealing with everything by e.mail and Emma was able to resolve a number of potential hold ups as they arose to see us to a smooth Exchange and Completion. Fantastic service from all staff. It was an emergency to find me accommodation which Erin helped me find within days. I had an instant reply from my first email I sent which very late at night, and Erin booked me in for a viewing the very next morning! Not to mention locking myself out my room not once but TWICE on my second day being at the property! Inge came in from her day off to bring me a spare key and Andy drove to my property at 21:00 on a Saturday night to bring me yet another spare key! All staff have been so helpful and kind regardless of being absolutely run off their feet. Thank you for everything you’ve done and continue to do. I’d highly recommend Martin & Co.

Martin's of Yeovil took over management of the house we rent a year ago. We had over the previous 6 years asked for a lot of remedial work to be done. It transpired that the previous agency had not informed the landlord. When Martins and in particular, Jen Williams, came to see us things changed dramatically. The work outstanding which included damp issues were attended to in weeks and remedied very quickly. I must stress at this point this was in no way the fault of the landlord who had been misinformed and otherwise duped by the previous agents. The professional and effective approach by Jen Williams and Martin's have resulted in a transformation of the property. Likewise, the landlord has ensured other repairs have been carried out. I can only highly recommend Martin's of Yeovil.

Professional manner provided with a understanding of the service they offer ended my tenancy and over the period of my tenancy the team very quickly resolved maintenance issues and very empathetic towards the matter highly recommended and will do if needed again

Staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Emma was invaluable when a tenancy came to an end - always responding to queries quickly, offering good advice and keeping us up to date on the situation.
