I have used Matin & Co Yeovil for the past 12 years, firstly letting my property and recently to sell it. Emma was brilliant in getting tenants when needed and dealing with the contracts, Andy was excellent dealing with the property maintenance and inspections, which took a lot of the stress away myself and now Caro who was excellent in dealing with the sell, chasing solicitors and making sure the sell went through as quickly as possible, so i did not incur unnecessary costs. They really are a top professional firm and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.
