Through both the recent sale and purchase of our properties my husband and I experienced professional, transparent and extremely supportive services from the Michael Poole Yarm branch. From start to finish our house sale was completed in one month!! 24 January 2022 house on market; 10 viewings arranged for that week; offer submitted on 25 Jan; once viewings had been completed we accepted the full asking price offer; buyers wanted to move fast and we completed and moved out on 24 February 2022. We were dealt with with both care and empathy as we embarked on the difficult and emotional journey of selling Mum's house and moving her into Care. We were kept fully informed and updated at all times and were provided with help and guidance that went above and beyond the call of duty. A highly professional and friendly company that really make a difference and care. Throughout the purchase of our new property MP were fantastic. We hit stumbling blocks with the solicitors and sellers a few times which was extremely stressful, but every time we spoke to MP we had a friendly voice and additional support. The relationship we created seemed to get the issues resolved quicker and this can not be understated. During our issues, due to incomplete signing off of work in 2011, we asked for a visit to go into the house and measure up. They were more than welcoming and we managed to visit the following day... that shows the service you get. Thank you Nick for all the communication and chasing. Thank you Derek for the visit to measure up. Thank you Gill for getting the white goods and rubbish removed during the mortgage delay. If you are thinking of selling i would recommend MP as the agents to use as my purchase experience was second to none. They act as an intermediary all the way and support both sides in a stressful process. It is the small things such as meter readings, updates, viewings, etc that count and MP deliver.
