Andrea has been very helpful and attentive...she has always returned my calls and emails and kept me up to date with progress. They also have a text messaging service for when you are selling a property to keep you up dated which is good. I had an acceptable offer on my property within 4 days of it going on the market with Michael Poole, and the contracts were exchanged within less than 2 months of the offer being accepted. I would say that if you price your property sensibly and present it well to potential buyers then Michael Poole's will do the rest without any fuss or drama.
