Gill at Michael Poole in Yarm was amazing. She was super tenacious at making sure the process was progressing. She kept us updated at every step and was a friendly ear to talk to when we needed it. She was really responsive and on the very rare occasion that she didn't know the answer immediately, she went away, found out and came back to us.
