From start to finish our house sale was completed in one month!! 24 January 2022 house on market; 10 viewings arranged for that week; offer submitted on 25 Jan; once viewings had been completed we accepted the full asking price offer; buyers wanted to move fast and we completed and moved out on 24 February 2022. Absolutely amazed at how easy it was. We have bought and sold houses before but we have never sold a house or moved as fast as we did this time!! Gill kept us informed every step of the way. It was nice to hear her friendly voice on the other end of the line, she was always professional and positive, keeping us in the loop and making us feel confident that we were always up to date on our house sale.
