Gill at Michael Poole in Yarm was amazing. She was super tenacious at making sure the process was progressing. She kept us updated at every step and was a friendly ear to talk to when we needed it. She was really responsive and on the very rare occasion that she didn't know the answer immediately, she went away, found out and came back to us. Moving house is always stressful, but having Gill to support us and keep us updated made it so much better. We had piece of mind knowing that Gill was on the case. We had previously put our property up with another estate agent, but from the moment we put it on the market with Michael Poole we secured a number of viewings. Would really recommend.
