Great service from Michael Poole, Yarm. During the valuation Derek was friendly, informative and personable. I liked that he was not pushy and I didn’t feel pressured into anything. Throughout the sale process Amber was regularly in touch with ourselves and the buyer’s solicitor. She gave frequent updates, escalated any issues down the chain and was always on hand to answer any questions we had.

Amazing service from Amber and Nick and a really speedy process. Viewings were arranged straight away and we received asking price offers from all of our first three viewings. This was really beneficial to us to have our choice of buyers - as we were buying a new build and needed someone who could move quickly and not delay us with their chain. During the process of getting valuations, another estate agent had recommended advertising our house at £10k less than we did and implied the prices in my area were unjustified. We are really glad we chose Michael Poole as the experts in Yarm/Eaglescliffe as the quick sale shows the other agent was undervaluing our property - this money has made a lot of difference to our moving costs.
