A highly professional and friendly company that really make a difference and care. Throughout the purchase of our new property MP were fantastic. We hit stumbling blocks with the solicitors and sellers a few times which was extremely stressful, but every time we spoke to MP we had a friendly voice and additional support. The relationship we created seemed to get the issues resolved quicker and this can not be understated. During our issues, due to incomplete signing off of work in 2011, we asked for a visit to go into the house and measure up. They were more than welcoming and we managed to visit the following day... that shows the service you get. Thank you Nick for all the communication and chasing. Thank you Derek for the visit to measure up. Thank you Gill for getting the white goods and rubbish removed during the mortgage delay. If you are thinking of selling i would recommend MP as the agents to use as my purchase experience was second to none. They act as an intermediary all the way and support both sides in a stressful process. It is the small things such as meter readings, updates, viewings, etc that count and MP deliver.
