They kept us regularly updated whilst dealing with any unforeseen events. All the staff we dealt with were polite and friendly with a particular mention to Gill in the Yarm office.

From start to finish our house sale was completed in one month!! 24 January 2022 house on market; 10 viewings arranged for that week; offer submitted on 25 Jan; once viewings had been completed we accepted the full asking price offer; buyers wanted to move fast and we completed and moved out on 24 February 2022. Absolutely amazed at how easy it was. We have bought and sold houses before but we have never sold a house or moved as fast as we did this time!! Gill kept us informed every step of the way. Gill at Michael Poole in Yarm was amazing. She was super tenacious at making sure the process was progressing. She kept us updated at every step and was a friendly ear to talk to when we needed it. She was really responsive and on the very rare occasion that she didn't know the answer immediately, she went away, found out and came back to us. Moving house is always stressful, but having Gill to support us and keep us updated made it so much better. We had piece of mind knowing that Gill was on the case. We had previously put our property up with another estate agent, but from the moment we put it on the market with Michael Poole we secured a number of viewings. Would really recommend.
