Thanks to the team at Michael Poole Yarm for being so good through out the process of selling our property. The team helped with communication issues with other parties, provided us with timely updates and answered any questions. Both Nick and Amber were friendly, polite and professional at all times from booking appointments for viewings up to negotiating and exchange of contracts. Special mention to Nick who managed our stress levels after issues arose that were out of our control. Through the diligence and professionalism of Nick, the sale was rectified after seemingly been dead in the water. In the absence of updates from anyone else, Nick put in the extra to make sure we knew something. Thanks so much !
