We are first time buyers and Vicky has been our Mortgage and Protection Advisor. She’s been so patient through all the silly questions (mostly from me) and had guided us through seamlessly, always working towards what is best for us, as buyers. She’s also so warm and lovely and always up for a laugh (which is nice as this whole process is so overwhelming at times)!
