It was am amazing experience and utmost cooperation I got from Lasely and Alex . Lasely has been so kind and helpful throughout the process, I must appreciate the support I got from Lasely. Both Lasely and Alex was also really helpful and cooperative in the entire process. I would highly recommend everyone them. I can't think of taking any other services any day anymore in the future, this is how much impressed I am. Brilliant experience with Manning Stainton! Our representative was called Alex and she was fantastic! Communication great through the entire process. We are so grateful for how you handled our sale. I will tell my full experience below, in case it helps you make a decision in regard to how important the estate agent actually is when selling a property. For context I listed my apartment for sale 2 years ago with a different agent in the same area. They valued my property higher and would charge less to sell, so it appeared to be a no brainer. However communication was poor, i felt alone and didn't see much in regard to active selling and marketing. Eventually i threatened to re-list with Manning Stainton if I saw no progress by the end of the month. Incredibly the estate agent sold my property within the time frame, however the process felt disastrous, barely any communication again, i was forever chasing updates, my solicitor was frustrated, awful. The worst moment was when the estate agent came back at me after complaining telling me my solicitor was poor and not doing anything. It was at this point the estate agent realised they had been emailing the wrong solicitor! I couldn't believe it, looking back i could see they initially had the right details through the email chains, but somewhere along the process they just started sending enquires etc to some random solicitor. A huge mistake, a huge breach of my data. The sale dragged on that long that my buyer pulled out, devastated. So i unlisted from them, and re-listed with Manning Stainton. They was great from day one, it's not everyday you sell a property so i noticed instantly that Manning Stainton was much more professional, slicker and generally better. I got multiple enquiries straight away, they sent data and advised off the back of it. Alex handled everything so well, she is such an asset. Alex sold my apartment within a couple of months. The process was long, due to some apparment management company issues and ground rent 'things'. Alex and Manning Stainton communicated perfectly between me and the buyer, constantly keeping us all in the loop as to what was going on and where in the process we should be. Eventually the appartment sold. I wouldn't normally right a review with this much detail however it means so much that i feel Alex and Manning Stainton are worth the effort. I can't recommend this company enough and I can't thank Alex enough. Oh yeah, i also recieved a Christmas card from them yesterday! Class act. Thank you so much!
