We recently sold our property through Manning Stainton Wortley and our experience was brilliant. Alex was looking after our sale and our experience with her was absolutely first class. We had a lot of issues with our chain but Alex was calm, reassuring and understanding. She really put us at ease and helped explained things we weren’t sure about. She also went the extra mile and followed through with the whole chain to understand the different issues at each level and kept us updated with clear information on at least a weekly basis (turned to daily towards the end). Our whole end to end process of selling and moving into our new home took over 7 months and without Alex I think we might have pulled the plug and cancelled the process.
