If you want to sell your house, look no further than Mark Buchanan. My house was on the market for a few years and despite trying numerous estate agents, it wasnt selling. I was reluctant to sell in the first place but my house no longer met my requirements. Approachable and responsive. Helped us greatly with sale and purchase. The pictures of our house were a far better quality than any previous estate agents we dealt with in the past. What can I say about Mark that hasn't already been said? Not only is he a really nice genuine guy, he's damn good at his job. My house looked gorgeous on the photos and sold within a day. Mark was always on hand to answer my many questions and always returned calls. Nothing was a problem for him and he worked tirelessly behind the scenes nudging things along. If it wasn't for him we wouldn't have completed before the stamp duty deadline. I've used other agents in the past and they don't come close. I'm so pleased we used Mark and would recommend him in a heartbeat!
