If you want to sell your house, look no further than Mark Buchanan. My house was on the market for a few years and despite trying numerous estate agents, it wasnt selling. I was reluctant to sell in the first place but my house no longer met my requirements. When I became frustrated with what I considered a fair asking price not being met, the first thing other estate agents suggested was dropping the price. There seemed to be a lack of interest in actually selling my house or finding out feedback from viewers. When I approached Mark, immediately he told me that my house was worth every penny of my valuation. He was interested and motivated to help me sell. The presentation of the house was magnificent, he used videos, photos and 3D imagery of the highest quality. His website is professional and engaging and as soon as I saw my property listed on his website, I felt optimistic it would sell. Within the first week I had 3 viewings and 1 offer. Mark did the viewings for me. His feedback was detailed and I felt he had a personal interest in seeing the property sell rather than just showing people round. During the selling process Mark was on hand every step of the way. He explained the process in a clear and concise manner and any hiccup he was always no further than a phone call away. His professionalism shone through and he really is the best person you could ask for. We would give Mark the highest recommendation and will definitely be going back to him when the need arises.

Mark was so helpful to us with our recent move. We have recently relocated from down south up to Cumbria & Mark went above and beyond to help liaise with our sellers Solicitor for us, as it wasn’t always easy being so far away. Mark always replied to my various queries promptly and if he didn’t know the answers to my questions he would always go away and find out for me. Once we moved in Mark came to visit to check we had settled in & brought us a really lovely welcome gift, which was much appreciated. Well what can I say, if this review page has 10 stars that’s what I would be giving Mark and Julie. They were absolutely fantastic throughout our process of selling our home. Kept us updated all the time and they were always at the end of the phone at all times of the day and night. They managed to turn our house around after a resale in 8 weeks. I mean that is amazing. Topped off with a lovely moving in gift when we bought and moved into our new home. If you want an estate agent that is very personal and caters for your needs then I can’t recommend this guy enough.
