I had heard about Mark and how brilliant he was from alot of people and seen his boards everywhere so when we came to sell our home I couldn't think of anyone better. From that very initial phone call he was brilliant, on my agenda and got things moving very quickly. Both himself and Julie were on hand throughout our sale for anything we needed and at anytime of day. They are friendly, professional and reliable. I cannot recommend them enough

Mark was very helpful in all dealings of the purchase of my house. He answered all questions timely and as best he could, as well as being a direct line of contact to the sellers. Upon completion he gifted me a welcome pack, a classy touch. All in all a great experience and I would recommend him.

Mark sold our house for us under difficult circumstances. He was very accommodating to both parties. We had a whats app group so we all knew what was happening with viewings etc. Mark was very professional and always at the other end of the phone anytime of day. We sold our house in just over a week! Can’t recommend Mark and his family enough! Thank you Vicky

We would highly recommend Mark, Julie and boys to anyone, from start to finish they were always available and at the other end of the phone when we needed them. They were very professional and sold our house fast, they kept us updated when needed and helped with any enquiries. You’ll find no other estate agent that is able to get your property looking the way Mark and Jack do when taking the pictures and videos, they’re amazing 👏🏻 When moving in, Mark delivered us a hamper which was so nice of him! Mark has sold three of our properties, all of which were family homes. I couldn't recommend him and his fantastic team enough!! Their advertising is absolutely fantastic and they are on the ball with appointments, viewing's and correspondence. Definitely 5 star service!

About me... I'm Mark Buchanan, husband to Julie and dad to our three boys, Jack, Bailey and Morgan. Born and raised in Cumbria, I have spent most of my life living in Workington and have worked across the entire county. I first started working in property in 2012 dealing with lettings in social housing before moving on to residential sales and lettings. When we opened our doors in 2020, we never wanted to be the biggest agent, but to provide the best marketing and the best service to our clients.
