Excellent service!
My wife and I have nothing but praise for the work of Robert Coules in selling our much-loved house. We had been struggling for several months, over a long summer, with another agent when Robert came along. He promised that if we had a pause, and then readvertised in the autumn, he would find us interested buyers within a very few weeks. His promise proved very well justified. The fact that the price we secured was a good bit less than we had hoped for was, we believe, a reflection of the state of the market rather thsn of Rob's skills

Very helpful and responsive
Martyn was very helpful and kept up communications with the developer of a new build property and I as we progressed through the purchase. He was very responsive when I had questions about the property and was able to give me the information I needed to proceed. He continued to help even after I moved in. I would highly recommend this service.

Friendly and efficient Service
I recently purchased a property from Breckon and Breckon and they were fantastic. They helped with any enquiries I had efficiently and were a very friendly and professional service. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone in the future. Simeon, Martyn and Cheryl thank you!

Disorganized and rude. The letting manager was unpleasant to work with - 15 minutes late to the first viewing without an apology. She also doesn't seem to have grasped that there are online tools to help potential tenants - little things like email confirmations with links to the location. Instead she did everything verbally over the phone - which required lengthy phone tag and coordination. Avoid.

Awful. Phone was never answered, messages never returned. Very reluctant to do viewings, even told me they don't do viewings after 4pm on a Saturday. No follow ups from them no contact at all. Currently buying a house through someone else. This agent has been first class. I will never recommend Breckon and Breckon Woodstock to sell a property.

The Letting Manager was extremely rude and brief whenever we enquired about properties as prospective tenants, and at times not getting back to me at all. There is absolutely no need for such an attitude and tone, especially considering everyone else I spoke to at the company was professional and polite. Edit: amended review as the Letting Manager called and apologised. Many Thanks!
