We have had such a great experience purchasing our first home with Lee. His communication is second to none, he was able to answer any questions we had, he was happy to liaise with solicitors and the sellers on our behalf and was always happy to come back to us quickly. We were not pressured to use his recommendations however we did go for a solicitor he recommended to us and our sale was completed within 3/4 weeks from offer! The process has been absolutely seamless and we have been so impressed with the service provided by Lee (we would actually rate higher than 5* if we could!)
Reply from Davis Tate Estate Agents - Woodley: Thank you so much for the fantastic review. I know going through a bidding process adds extra stress but I was really hoping you could secure the house and super pleased you did.
Hope it brings many happy times for you and your family.
Take care
