I received excellent service from Lee during my recent house purchase. Lee is very knowledgeable about the local area and housing market. He's good at responding timely to emails, answers any queries, is approachable, friendly and does his best to keep things moving forward to help the process speed along to completion. Lee recommended a solicitor who he works closely with and due to their great working relationship my purchase was stress free and a very happy experience.
Reply from Davis Tate Estate Agents - Woodley: Thank you Dawn. Your purchase was one of the fastest I have had for a little while. 3 weeks I think it was with obviously that being down to the solicitor. Glad I recommended her!
Hope you are all happy and settled.
Best wishes
