I was looking for a flat to rent. I saw the advert online and decided to call Prospect. I spoke to Tristan and as the call progressed I knew that he was a person I could trust. He was very helpful and answered all my questions in detail. Tristan also informed me about three other flats that matched my requirements. He was very honest throughout the process. I forgot to let Tristan know that I wanted a break clause on my contract. He spoke to the Landlord again to get that agreed despite the fact that I had made an offer on the flat already without the break clause. Through the whole process Tristan and his team were very helpful and my house move went really well. I am really pleased with the service I was provided and I highly recommend Prospect.

We were looking for a rental property to move closer to work. Tristan helped us with our search, was highly accommodating (we visited the property 3 times) and professional. Furthermore once we made our minds for the property, he was there to guide us and assist through the whole procedure. Prospect's fees are higher than expected (in comparison with London) but other than that, highly recommended.

They used to be good but not anymore. They lack client engagement, basic research and most importantly sales closing skills. They aren’t truthful and wouldn’t explain the reasons for client’s decision. I wasted 2 weeks on them when they were close to selling our property, kudos to them for bringing the buyer to us and getting it to last stage but what matters is closing, which didn’t happen in this case. Agents like Beth would try to under value your property and would not understand the client’s POV, agent like Matt Reynold would tell you something which wasn’t true at all (lack of integrity) and that led to wasting our time and efforts. Plus they lack basic local development research. They need to seriously look at improving their team competency, skills and capability.
