have been stable professionals, As a first time landlord, I have nothing but praise for the Prospect Team in Wokingham. From our first contact, discussing the services provided, back office support, contract negotiation to signing Prospect as my letting agent was a smooth & seamless process. They easily outshone the completion in their professionalism, responsiveness and competitive package of services. In the 2+ years I've been using them as my letting agent, their client base has been second to none, all my tenants the vetting process has been smooth and painless and so far I have only had 2 weeks without tenants (ideal for conducting routine maintenance etc). Their Property Management Team are the real stars of the organisation. They maintain regular contact with both myself and my tenants. I never get any surprises relating to the condition of my property and they are always proactive when managing the day to day issues that arise (rarely arise I hasten to add). They have maintained a level of communication above and beyond what I expected at the start of our partnership, instilling confidence that they are always striving to be the best at what they do. In addition, they have a stable team which means I'm always talking to someone who understands my needs and knows the property intimately. All in all they easily score 5 stars!!

Being the first time that I have had to move out and relocate for a job Prospects found me a property within 30 second walking distance from where I will be working and the best property we have seen out of many. I have had to ask so many questions regarding the move as it is something completely new to me but the lady I have been dealing with has been more than helpful and couldn't be more efficient. The team at Prospect in Wokingham were fantastic! As a first time buyer they made the purchase incredibly easy and very smooth. We have just bought our first property through Prospect in Wokingham, and the way the whole team took us from start to finish was a refreshing change to what we had experienced with any other Estate Agent.
