From our first contact, discussing the services provided, back office support, contract negotiation to signing Prospect as my letting agent was a smooth & seamless process. They easily outshone the completion in their professionalism, responsiveness and competitive package of services. In the 2+ years I've been using them as my letting agent, their client base has been second to none, all my tenants the vetting process has been smooth and painless and so far I have only had 2 weeks without tenants (ideal for conducting routine maintenance etc). Their Property Management Team are the real stars of the organisation. They maintain regular contact with both myself and my tenants. I never get any surprises relating to the condition of my property and they are always proactive when managing the day to day issues that arise (rarely arise I hasten to add). They have maintained a level of communication above and beyond what I expected at the start of our partnership, instilling confidence that they are always striving to be the best at what they do.
