Our viewing with the estate agent, Chase Jacobs, was faultless. Chase proved to be an excellent communicator prior to and during the viewing, very honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the property and the surrounding area. The referencing and contract process was straight forward, and help was always available at every step of way. We moved in during a Bank Holiday Weekend. The check in process and inventory was completed thoroughly, informatively, and professionally, despite this being an extremely busy period for the Estate Agents. Note that all documents at this stage are promptly provided to the tenant(s) electronically (emailed) for your own personal records. Prior to moving into the property, all of the requested alterations had been made, including redecorating several rooms. Since moving in, we have discover very minor issues including a few of the interior doors not closing smoothly. However, this has not been an issue as the Property Manager (Gemma Worrall) arranged for the appropriate contractors to visit the property within 48 hours of being informed of the very minor issues. Therefore, I also praise the efficiency of the Property Management services that Prospect offer.
