Totally recommend! The team at Curchods was very professional and went above and beyond on many occasions. I thought the property would be difficult to sell, but i priced as advised, and a buyer was found in 2 days. It got a bit fraught as we had to wait for probate, but that's only to be expected. I initially put my house on the market with Churchods, they found buyers within a couple of weeks but unfortunately my buyers buyer broke the chain at the last minute and the sale fell through, I was devastated. I decided to try other agents and ended up wasting several months with these agents bringing people on inspections who appeared to have no interest in the house. Mark from Churchods kept in touch during all this time, I decided to relist with them and forget about the other agents. Within weeks they had found more buyers and the sale eventually went through to completion.
