Went into the Windsor branch on Saturday and spoke to Chris. I have to say that his whole attitude really took me by surprise. He started off by telling us we were wasting our time by visiting branches of estate agents, and that we should just look on Rightmove. He then proceeded to say that there was nothing in our budget in Windsor - despite having two pictures displayed in the window which were £100k under our budget. When asked about those properties he said they were "teeny". He put down all the areas surrounding Windsor, from Dedworth ("really not very nice, even though we sell a lot of properties there") to Datchet ("is full of refugees and travelling community"). There is no way I would want this agency representing my property if I was selling; he suggested zero properties and had absolutely no interest in taking our details to make any contact. Racism very much alive and kicking within this branch.
