We had to sell my mothers' house after she passed. We went to a couple of estate agents for a probate valuation and Chris impressed us as he came to the house with a pack of information detailing local sale/ sold prices where the other agent came with nothing and wanted to discuss a value with colleagues. Chris recognized that it was a difficult time for the family and invited us to contact him when we were ready to put the home on the market - the other agent pushed for us to sign up immediately. The house sold quickly and Chris and the whole team have been superb in managing the process, keeping all parties informed of progress, giving feedback on viewings and advice on the pros and cons of competing offers.

Tracey and her team were really helpful from start to finish. They made the whole tenancy process much easier and were always there to answer any questions. Thank you so much for all your help. I would definitely recommend them.
