We contacted Mark Read remotely from South Africa as we were emigrating back to England. We were looking for specific furnished short term let accommodation and he successfully searched and helped us find the perfect location and home. Communication has been good and all our personal requests have been tendered to.

Excellent level of service and professionalism. Was let down a bit by the late inventory check. Check to make sure what time you exchange your keys as it could be as late as 4pm (incase you have deliveries and expect to move in on the day). Otherwise, everything else has been a very smooth process.

I found Prospect extremely professional, courteous and refreshingly honest and communicative. I highly recommend them.
