While I have only been a client of Prospect letting agents for a few months I have found the set-up at prospect and the work of our Property Portfolio Partner, Ashleigh Ackermann to be efficient and very responsive. Of the items on our 'snagging list' from when we began our tenancy of 28 May, all but one have been resolved to my satisfaction and I have every confidence that Ashleigh will clear the list completely in the near future. If this level of service continues I will remain a very happy customer.
