I've a place let with Prospect, the whole team are pretty amazing, helpful & friendly. Especially Ashleigh Ackerman, lovely young lady, although very good at her job, you can have a bit of a laugh too, she has an amazing way about her which makes you feel at ease, as well as providing an excellent service, thanks to you all.

I have had a very positive experience working with Ashleigh. She is absolutely lovely to deal with — always friendly, warm and polite, and quick at responding to emails. Whenever an issue has come up, Ashleigh has been very efficient in addressing it and finding a solution, which has made the whole process of renting my property much easier and less stressful. She is professional and approachable, and I always feel that things are being handled properly. I would highly recommend Ashleigh to anyone looking for someone reliable, efficient and genuinely pleasant to work with. She is a real credit to the team.

While I have only been a client of Prospect letting agents for a few months I have found the set-up at prospect and the work of our Property Portfolio Partner, Ashleigh Ackermann to be efficient and very responsive. Of the items on our 'snagging list' from when we began our tenancy of 28 May, all but one have been resolved to my satisfaction and I have every confidence that Ashleigh will clear the list completely in the near future. If this level of service continues I will remain a very happy customer.

We have been with Prospect for over 5 years and would recommend to landlord. They listed our house to rent and were very efficient to find good tenants. Our property manager, Ashleigh, is in frequent contact and very efficient in getting any issue sorted and keeping us informed of renewal needed.
