Prospect was excellent throughout the process of buying our home. Max Len was amazing from start to finish. He quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and, after showing us one property that wasn’t quite right, he immediately found the perfect home for us — even better than we had imagined. I first viewed the house with him on my own, and the next day he kindly showed it again to my whole family, always friendly and very helpful. We submitted our offer around 5pm on a Friday, and even after his working hours, Max went above and beyond to speak with the seller and push things forward.
