This letting agent is completely useless. They ignore every repair request and never answer the phone. I am living with a broken ventilation system for 5 weeks. Do not rent from them. Problems With the Agent: No repairs done: They ignore all emails and maintenance forms. Bad phone service: They do not pick up calls or call you back. Rude staff: When you do reach someone, they do not care. Slow help: Simple fixes take months to finish.
