I first viewed the house with him on my own, and the next day he kindly showed it again to my whole family, always friendly and very helpful. We submitted our offer around 5pm on a Friday, and even after his working hours, Max went above and beyond to speak with the seller and push things forward. Just a few hours later, still on the same evening, he came back to us with the news that our offer had been accepted. His dedication and commitment were outstanding.
