I wanted to take a moment to write this review properly, because it honestly means a lot to me. I’d give 11/10 if I could, and a huge heartfelt thank you goes out to the amazing team at Prospect especially the manager Angela. In a time where everything feels rushed, expensive and frankly quite stressful, Angela stood out for all the right reasons. She genuinely listened. She took the time to understand our situation, and never once made us feel like just another number. It’s rare these days to find someone so kind, compassionate, and human in their approach. Angela went above and beyond to help us through a really tricky patch. She didn’t just ‘do her job’ but she cared. She was patient, proactive, and incredibly supportive from the moment we spoke. Honestly, I don’t have enough words to thank her properly. I also want to mention Lloyd, who we dealt with earlier on. He was very kind and supportive. You could tell he was on our side, rooting for us, and doing everything he could to get things moving. The whole team at Prospect have been brilliant – responsive, professional, and supportive every step of the way. If you’re thinking of selling, letting, or renting your property, I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
