Remember that estate agents serve the landlord's interests, not the tenant's, and they might conveniently overlook tenants' rights either due to negligence or bad faith. Read the law and know your rights. Read carefully every piece of legal they produce, only communicate by writing, and keep your copies. The most intriguing thing is that even the landlords I've spoken with haven't vouched for Prospect. Avoid.
