Prospect have been managing my investment property on my behalf for the past 10 years. In that time I have had several tenants . Prospect have always managed the process of getting a new one and I can say, without exception, that all the tenants have paid their rent on time and left the property in the condition in which they found it. I currently deal with Samantha Baron who liaises with my tenant and myself regarding any repairs or issues and always does the best for both of us. i'm really happy with the service I receive.
