Tom has been up there as one of the best and most tenacious Estate Agents we have had the pleasure to work with. As a family we are very picky about choosing the right house, but Tom has always introduced the right properties and quickly adapted to our situational changes. When we first met Tom one evening at a property viewing he said Charters would sell our house, they did, also that they would find the right house for us and they did that as well.
